The Hansford Temperature Sensors family consists of two series that measure bearing and housing temperature of industrial rotating equipment (motors, pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes, generators) using Pt100 RTD. The design philosophy: the same sensor body, the same mounting infrastructure, the same cable options as vibration sensors — adding temperature monitoring to a vibration-instrumented facility becomes simple and economical through parallel cabling and shared spare-parts lists.
Two distinct sub-series: HS-200 2-Pin MS connector + 2-wire Pt100 measurement — an economical solution for short/medium cable distances and standard industrial applications. HS-210 3-Pin MS connector + 3-wire Pt100 measurement — the industry standard for long cable runs, maintaining high accuracy unaffected by cable resistance variations. Each series offers Top Exit (standard) and Side Exit ('S' variant for tight mounting spaces).
Temperature ranges from 0-100°C, 0-150°C, 0-200°C and 0-250°C; PUR / Braided / Silicon / Flame Retardant cable options and M6/M8/M10/¼-28 UNF mounting threads ensure compatibility with any industrial environment. Pt100 output connects directly to DCS, PLC, or calibrated temperature input cards — no signal conditioner required. Stainless steel housing, IP68 protection, lifetime manufacturer warranty.
