The Klixon 2455R family extends the 3MP precision platform with extra-large screw-mount terminals and an optional push-button manual reset variant (2455RM) for safety-critical overheat trips that must be manually acknowledged before re-energizing. Used as an overheat lockout on industrial transformers, generators, hydraulic power packs and high-power amplifier finals where automatic reset is undesirable.
