10A–40A SPST-NO economical high voltage DC contactor family (GLK and GLF)
The GLVAC GLK Series is a ceramic-insulated hermetic high-voltage DC contactor distinguished by its compact form factor. The horizontal layout, low profile, and lightweight design make it the preferred choice for space-constrained panel designs, small EV and hybrid vehicle systems, battery management circuits, and pre-charge applications.
It provides 20A continuous current capacity (with 2.5mm² cable), 30A for 10 minutes and 40A for 30 seconds carrying capability, and a 12V to 800VDC working voltage range. The low-power coil, internal protection (built-in coil suppression), and the absence of external diode requirements reduce total bill-of-material cost.
Typical applications: pre-charge circuits in EV/BEV/PHEV vehicles, small PTC heater switching, pre-fuse circuit protection, auxiliary cut-off in battery management systems (BMS), and low-power solar/photovoltaic DC circuits.
