EV battery pack management and safety disconnect module — BDU systems with integrated DC contactor
GLVAC BDU internals: main DC contactor (+/-) GLF/GLW 600-2000A, pre-charge contactor+resistor (50-200 Ω), 250-500A fuse, current sensor (Hall/shunt), voltage sensor, CAN (ISO 11898) BMS interface.
Models: BDU-350V-400A (hybrid), BDU-450V-600A (Leaf-type), BDU-600V-800A (Tesla 3, BYD), BDU-800V-1200A (Taycan, Ioniq 5), BDU-800V-2000A (commercial EV / truck). Advantage: GLVAC's own DC contactor + power distribution experience for optimal system integration.
