A five-family portfolio of solid-state capacitive liquid level sensors for industrial, motorsport, defence and unmanned systems — with 4-20 mA, CANbus J1939 and PWM output options.

The Gill Liquid Level Sensor family uses solid-state capacitive technology with no moving parts to continuously measure hydraulic fluid, fuel, oil and water levels. Unlike float-based sensors there is no sticking, jamming or mechanical wear — maintenance is virtually zero.

The family covers five sub-series: LevelPro for heavy industry and OEM lines, LevelLite for compact installations, PTFE-coated LevelSlick for sticky or aggressive fluids, ruggedised LevelDefend for military and defence platforms, and the Catch Tank series for motorsport oil overflow detection.

All models are stainless steel, IP67 rated and offered with 4-20 mA analogue, CANbus J1939 digital or PWM outputs. Field calibration is performed over a PC interface — the sensor stays in line.
