What should I check first when selecting a HPS model?

Start with system voltage and continuous current; then check break capacity, inrush rating, coil voltage, auxiliary contact needs and datasheet temperature limits. The configurator builds the order code according to the manufacturer code structure.

Do datasheet ratings and configurator codes refer to the same product?

Yes. The series table shows technical limits; the configurator turns coil, contact, terminal and option selections within the same model family into an order code. For quotation, send both the generated code and your application note.

Do you provide technical support and cross-reference checks for this series?

All-stainless multi-passage rotary union up to 20,000 PSI for marine and offshore

DSTI HPS Series is a high-pressure rotary union for the most demanding marine, offshore and corrosive media transfer applications. 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 passage models withstand up to 20,000 PSI (1,375 BAR); the 50 RPM speed limit is optimized for umbilical hose reels and other high-pressure equipment. All-stainless steel construction; medium-pressure housing connections and O-ring gland shaft connections are standard. Used in Turkey on offshore platform umbilical systems, subsea ROV control units, marine cranes, marine high-pressure hydraulic lines and specialty process equipment. IMB Electric provides custom mounting, connection, sealing and dimensional modification engineering plus fast quoting.
