GLVAC CKJ5 Series — AC vacuum contactor family designed for industrial motor frequent starting and control applications with AC 50Hz, 1.14 kV and below working voltage. 6 models: CKJ5-80/125/160/250/400/630 (1.14 kV). Widely used in mining (especially coal mining), petrochemical, metallurgy, electrified railway, and power systems. Can be combined with protection devices to form magnetic starters.
The GLVAC CKJ5 Series is an AC vacuum contactor family targeting 1.14 kV main circuit applications operating at AC 50Hz. Six models provide rated current capacity from 80A to 630A. Vacuum-insulated contact technology ensures stable operation in humidity, dust, methane gas (mining), coal dust, and corrosive atmospheres.
CKJ5's primary application is mining equipment. 1.14 kV is the standard voltage in underground mining electrical systems; CKJ5 models are used for drilling machines, conveyors, coal cutting machines, and ventilation fans. The closed vacuum structure provides a critical safety advantage in explosive atmospheres (methane risk in coal mines).
Secondary applications: petrochemical facilities (1.14 kV motor drives), electrified railway power distribution, metallurgy (furnace and rolling mill drives), compensation panels, and general industrial motor control.
