Sensata | Sendyne offers two main product lines:
**Insulation Monitoring Devices (IMD)** — Safety-critical modules continuously monitoring the insulation resistance of unearthed (Isolated Terra / IT) DC power systems. SIM100MOD (classic), SIM100MLP (modular), and SIM200 (next-gen, March 2025 SOP) product families. Patented signal injection algorithm enables "Always-On" monitoring even when the system is inactive.
**Current and Voltage (IVT) Measurement Modules** — Precision shunt-based measurement modules with Coulomb counting. The classic SFP200/SFP203 modules have been discontinued by Sensata (archive records maintained for spare parts); follow Sensata's announcements for the next generation.
Patented technology: dynamic self-calibration algorithm (US Pat. 8,373,408 · 8,350,552 · 8,289,030) provides high accuracy even on low-resistance shunts.
Standards: compliant with ISO 6469-3:2011-12, UL 2231-1, UL 2231-2, IEC 61557-8, CFR 571.305 (FMVSS), and other applicable EV safety standards.
Typical customers: EV/HEV/PHEV OEMs, DC fast-charging station manufacturers, electric bus and truck builders, energy storage system (ESS) integrators, battery management system (BMS) designers.
