GL250

Manufactured by Kunshan GuoLi Electronic Technology (GLVAC), the GL Series DC contactors are a ceramic-insulated, hermetically sealed high-voltage DC contactor family filled with strong arc-cooling gas. The ceramic seal keeps contacts unaffected by humidity, dust, vibration, and explosive atmospheres; arc interruption takes place inside the sealed envelope, eliminating the need for external magnetic blowouts. This delivers long contact life and reliable operation in harsh environments.

Five models cover 50A to 350A continuous current and 500A to 2000A short-time (1s) breaking capacity. GL50 and GL100 are rated for up to 1000VDC working voltage; GL150/250/350 cover up to 800VDC. Low contact resistance from 1.5mΩ (GL50/100) down to 0.4mΩ (GL150 and above) provides efficiency and thermal-budget advantages.

The GL Series is the reference choice for electric vehicle (EV) main contactors, hybrid vehicles, battery charge/discharge systems, DC fast-charging stations, energy storage systems (ESS), pre-charge circuits, solar/photovoltaic DC isolation, and eVTOL aircraft. RoHS, CE, and UL certified.
