GLVAC GLFW Series
150–250 A · 1500 Vdc ceramic hermetic DC contactor with auxiliary contact
The GLVAC GLFW Series is a high-current ceramic-insulated hermetic DC contactor family. Five models (GLFW100, GLFW150, GLFW200, GLFW250, GLFW300) cover continuous current from 100A to 300A. All models feature low contact resistance (0.5 mΩ, 0.4 mΩ on GLFW300) and 300,000 mechanical cycle life — providing low power dissipation at high current and long service life.
Short-time (1 cycle) maximum switching capacity reaches 1000A (GLFW100), 2000A (GLFW150/200), and 2500A (GLFW250/300). GLFW200, GLFW250, and GLFW300 are available in both 750VDC and 450VDC versions, allowing optimization for different system voltages.
Typical applications: EV/HEV/PHEV main contactors, energy storage systems (ESS), DC fast-charging stations (50-350 kW), heavy-duty truck and bus DC management, solar/wind/wave-energy converters, industrial DC distribution, and fuel cell systems.
