40A 1000V hermetic contactor designed for pre-charge circuits in HVDC systems; multiple form factors available.

The Rincon Power RER02 Series is a 1000Vdc-class high-voltage DC contactor rated for 40A continuous duty. Hermetic sealing protects against moisture, dust, vibration and high temperatures; arc interruption occurs inside the sealed envelope, eliminating the need for external magnetic blowouts. Designed for EV/HEV main power switching, battery management systems (BMS), energy storage systems (ESS), DC fast-charging stations, off-road equipment, marine and light-rail systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001 and IATF-16949; many variants are UL and CE listed. Commonly used as a pre-charge relay in EV batteries and energy storage systems.
