Which applications is the CUSTOM-MODULE series suitable for?

The right CUSTOM-MODULE series use case depends on switching voltage, continuous current, inrush current, coil supply, mounting orientation and environmental conditions. For critical projects, verify the model-table datasheet ratings against your actual load profile.

What should I check first when selecting a CUSTOM-MODULE model?

Start with system voltage and continuous current; then check break capacity, inrush rating, coil voltage, auxiliary contact needs and datasheet temperature limits. The configurator builds the order code according to the manufacturer code structure.

Do datasheet ratings and configurator codes refer to the same product?

Yes. The series table shows technical limits; the configurator turns coil, contact, terminal and option selections within the same model family into an order code. For quotation, send both the generated code and your application note.

Do you provide technical support and cross-reference checks for this series?

Yes. Share your existing part number, operating voltage, load type and environmental conditions, and we can review technically suitable alternatives within the same series or adjacent product families.

What information should I send for a quotation?

The generated part number, quantity, target delivery date, application type, system voltage/current and any datasheet revision are enough. The RFQ cart helps collect these details in one request.

Will this information appear the same after publishing?

Yes. The FAQ and related-insights blocks are part of the application code and appear with the same design on the published site.
