Asiantool rotary electrical connectors (slip rings) transfer signal and power across rotating equipment. Unlike traditional brush- or mercury-based designs, they use a gallium-alloy liquid-metal contact: contact resistance is extremely low, there is no sparking, no mechanical wear and no maintenance. They handle microvolt, thermocouple, strain-gauge, audio/video and high-frequency signals as well as power. Housings are aluminium alloy or stainless steel. All models are CE/RoHS compliant. Typical applications: index tables, cable reels, robotics, wind turbines, speed-dome cameras, rotary lighting, winding machines, plating lines.
