An industrial CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) system isn't just sensors. Behind the sensor, you need power supply, signal conditioning, alarm/trip logic, multi-channel monitoring system components. Hansford's Vibration Systems and Switches product line provides exactly this infrastructure — all DIN-rail mountable, modular, suitable for field installations in IP65 enclosures.

The family is organized into four distinct sub-groups. Vibration Switches and Trip Modules (HS-429, HS-510, HS-517, HS-517I, HS-540) provide on-site alarm and shutdown without PLC — the internal relay switches and drives the contactor directly when the threshold set on the sensor body or DIN-rail panel is exceeded. Ideal for small facilities, remote stations, and installations without PLC infrastructure. Multi-Channel Monitoring Modules (HS-530, HS-535, HS-556, HS-557, HS-558) carry 3-4 sensor channels in a single module; multi-point monitoring with single module + single panel cabling.

Power Supply and Signal Conditioning modules (HS-550, HS-551, HS-570 series, HS-CA001, HS-CA002) establish the system backbone. HS-570-20/40/60 PSU modules provide IEPE supply (24 Vdc + 4 mA bias) for 2/4/6 sensors. HS-CA001/CA002 charge amplifiers enable facilities with legacy charge-mode sensors to migrate to modern IEPE analyzers — investment-protected transition. HS-580 Module Enclosure is polycarbonate, IP65, with 8-16 module capacity — professional housing for field installations.
